Yes, all our products are 100% original and brand new.
3. Do your products come with warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on phones through Solotec, the exclusive authorized agent.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery and cash payment in our showroom. Credit card (Visa) payments will be available soon.
5. Do you offer installment payments?
No, we only accept full cash payments at the moment.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it is delivered.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only deliver within Palestine.
8. Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
No, delivery takes up to 3 business days.
9. Can I return a product after opening it?
Due to warranty activation upon opening, phones and accessories cannot be returned after the box is opened. However, if there's an issue, we will repair or replace the item under warranty based on the situation.

Yes, we provide professional repair services with original spare parts, handled by experienced technicians.
